Can I share files between computers in my house? |
|
Yes you can! We can setup any networking and file sharing for you, and it won't take very long at all. |

Can I share my printer with more than one computer in my house? |
|
Yes you can! We can setup any printer to be shared from any computer, so that all the other computers in your house can print to it. Just give us a call and we'll be happy to answer any other questions that you have, and get your printer working right away. |

Can you recover my lost files? |
|
Yes we can recover deleted files, or files lost due to a computer crash or hard drive failure. However, for something like that we would normally need to either pick it up first, or have the hard drive express shipped to us. Just give us a call and we can answer any other questions that you have and make arrangements. |

Do you give free estimates? |
|
Most problems our totally covered by the packages that we offer, but if you have a problem that you think might be an exception we would be more than happy to talk to you about it. Just give us a call and we can answer all your questions! |

Do you match competitors prices? |

We already offer the lowest prices in the business, if you can find someone with a better deal at our level of quality we would be happy to talk to you. Just give us a call and ask. How long does it take for you to fix my computer? |
|
If you want onsite service we can nearly always have your computer fixed within just a few hours. Our free pickup and delivery serivce normally takes between 1 and 2 days to complete the tune up or repair. |

Is my wireless network safe and secure? |
|
In many cases proper security hasn't been setup on the wireless network properly. Let us configure all of your computers to work safely and securely on your wireless network. |

Is your remote software safe and secure? |
|
Yes, we use bank grade encryption for any connection to your computer. All of your data will be just as safe as being locked inside a guarded vault. |

Why would I need more than one tune up? |
|
Most computer repair shops will fix your computer and then disappear when something is wrong again. In fact our research shows that 3 to 12 months after a tune up on average, the computer is normally in need of another one.
