Why wouldn't I just drop my computer off at a local computer repair shop?

How long does it take for you to fix my computer?
We can almost always have your computer problems fixed within a couple of hours. For tune ups we can normally have your computer ready in less than 12 hours. But we can work around the clock and finish the job overnight! Only in rare cases would we need longer than 12 hours to do a full tune up. If you have a hardware problem as well or need an upgrade, we might need it for between 12 and 24 hours in cases where the problem is especially complicated.
Why would I need more than one tune up?
Most computer repair shops will fix your computer and then disappear when something is wrong again. In fact our research shows that 3 to 6 months after a tune up on average, the computer is normally in need of another one. This is because new virus's and spy ware are always coming out, and every computer connected to the internet is vulnerable to them. This is why we offer our monthly packages, so that you can have peace of mind that your computer will always be running at its best.
What happens if you can't fix my problem remotely?
If we can't fix your problem remotely we offer free pickup and delivery, and can still have your computer fixed in less than a day. If this isn't convenient for you we can send a technician to fix it at your house, but a fee would apply for that.
Is your remote software safe and secure?
Yes, we use bank grade encryption for any connection to your computer. All of your data will be just as safe as being locked in a guarded vault.
Do you match competitors prices?
We already offer the lowest prices in the business, if you can find someone with a better deal at our level of quality we would be happy to talk to you. Just give us a call and ask. Do you give free estimates?

Can you recover my lost files?
Yes we can recover deleted files, or files lost due to a computer crash or hard drive failure. However, for something like that we would normally need to either pick it up first, or have the hard drive express shipped to us. Can I share files between computers in my house?
Yes you can! We can setup any networking and file sharing for you remotely, and it won't take very long at all.
Can I share my printer with more than one computer in my house?
Yes you can! We can setup any printer to be shared from any computer, so that all the other computers in your house can print to it. All we need is the model number for your printer, and we can do the rest. Just give us a call and we'll be happy to answer any other questions that you have, and get your printer working right away.
Is my wireless network safe and secure?
In many cases proper security hasn't been setup on the wireless network properly. Let us log in remotely and configure all of your computers to work safely and securely on your wireless network.
Do you offer service in my area?
Right now we can offer you service anywhere in North America! However there are certain areas that we don't offer upgrades or hardware fixes in. Just give us a call and we'll be able to help you and solve your problem wherever you are.
Do you sell used laptops or desktop computers?
No, unfortunately at this time we only sell new computers of the best value and highest quality. We can't guarantee the quality of a used system so we won't put our name behind it.
