Our service can work a few ways depending on your needs and the problem that you are having. For most problems, as long as your computer can receive email and you can click on a link to let us in we can fix nearly everything remotely. You can even watch your computer screen to see what we are doing. This means that if its 3am right now, you can call us or click on a package, and we'll get to work on your computer within the hour!

Sometimes your computer might not be able to turn on, or might be too far gone to receive an email from us, or maybe you want to upgrade your computers hardware. If this is the case, we offer free pickup and delivery and can pick it up anytime between 8am and 11:59 pm... any day of the week! We always recommend that you choose a monthly package so that you will never be without service, and won't have to break the bank any time your computer has a problem.

For nearly any problem you can think of our tune up package should cover it all! It is designed with a flat rate to solve whatever you need. For some things like data recovery ( if you delete a file by mistake) or you want to install something new, or setup a wireless network it would be better to use our hourly service. We do offer a couple packages that will cover anything you need hourly or tune up related.
